Terms & Conditions

A booking is confirmed only once the required advance payment is received and we have issued a written confirmation. Prices are subject to availability and may change until a booking is confirmed.

Package prices are quoted per person and include the items listed under 'What's included' for each package. Items listed as excluded, and any personal expenses, are payable separately.

Prices may be affected by changes in airfare, government fees, currency exchange rates or Ministry of Hajj regulations beyond our control.

Full payment is due before departure as per the schedule provided at the time of booking. Failure to complete payment on time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation charges apply depending on how far in advance you cancel and the non-refundable costs already incurred (such as air tickets and visa fees). We will always explain the applicable charges clearly before you commit.

You are responsible for providing valid documents, including a passport valid for at least six months and any required vaccinations. We assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee issuance, which rests with the Saudi authorities.

We act as an intermediary between you and service providers such as airlines and hotels. We are not liable for delays, disruptions or losses caused by third parties, force majeure, or changes in government regulations.
